How does the free trial work?
You get 21 days of full, unlimited access — every feature, no limits. We don't ask for a card up front. When the trial ends you can subscribe to keep your studio open.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your studio pauses until you subscribe. Nothing is deleted — your clients, projects, and measurements are all waiting for you when you come back.
Do my clients pay anything?
Never. The client portal is free for every client you invite, forever.
How does text messaging work?
On the Small Business Plan, every message you send a client can also go out as a text with a link back to their portal. Clients have to agree to texts first, and each studio gets 500 texts a month — sent and received combined. Texting pauses for the rest of the month once you reach 500.
Can my team have their own logins?
Yes — on the Studio Plan you can invite staff by email. Each person gets their own login with either view-only or full-edit access, you can assign projects to them, and you can filter your project list to see who has what.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in two clicks from your settings and you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.
